Time to get the par-tee started! Join Henry Friday morning for a pre-wedding scramble on a par 3 course, to meet other guests. Think you’re up to par? Let us know if you’re in and we’ll save you a spot on the tee sheet.

*Since we are getting married in the Catholic Church, there will be a small gap after the ceremony before the reception*
Need somewhere to go in-between? Immediately following our ceremony, transportation will drop guests off at in Old Town, or back at your hotel. Transportation will be provided back to Royal Palms at 5PM to join us at our reception!

Sunday Sunny Send-Off

One last splash! Join us Sunday morning by the Royal Palms pool to say farewell—cabanas reserved at 10AM!

This is a black tie affair. Ladies, floor length gown but we encourage you to embrace color, florals, and texture with your dress! Gentlemen, classic black tie - tuxedos, black bowtie and show us your style with your best cummerbund!

May I bring a guest?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and reflected when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding.

What is the Welcome Party attire?

Grab your fun sport coat, pull on your boots, bring your hat and join us Friday night! Ladies, fun cocktail dresses with a Southwestern flair! This event will be taking place outdoors, so ladies be sure to bring a wrap or coat!

May my children attend?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adults-only celebration! We hope you’ll use this as the perfect excuse for a fun night out! We’re so grateful for you making arrangements to join us.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will be provided to all wedding events on Friday and Saturday from the Royal Palms. If staying elsewhere, you can still take provided transportation, if wanted!

How do I RSVP?

Your formal invitation will be addressed to who is specifically invited. Navigate on our website to the RSVP tab. There you can formally RSVP for all wedding events!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than February 1st. We cannot wait to celebrate with you in sunny Scottsdale!

Can I rent a house instead of staying at the hotels?

Of course, do what is most comfortable for you! Scottsdale and Phoenix are FULL of amazing AirBNB’s and VRBO’s. We highly encourage you come to town early and make a little vacation out of our wedding weekend! Keep in mind, you will be responsible for your own transportation.
